Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Damage Policy:

• A damage deposit of AED 300 is required upon arrival and can be paid by cash or card.
• The deposit will be refunded on check-out after an inspection of the accommodation (card refunds may take a few business days to appear in the guest’s account).

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the total reservation amount will be charged.
